Earn valuable tax credits for your business when you support Metropolitan Ballet Company’s Kinetic Literacy Program©.

Since 2008, Metropolitan Ballet Company has partnered with The School District of Philadelphia to deliver its innovative Kinetic Literacy Program© to Kindergarten through Third grade students at area elementary schools. 450 students (18 classrooms) currently participate in Metropolitan’s on site classes annually, and our on-site programming is expanding. Metropolitan Ballet Company is recognized by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) as an Educational Improvement Organization. A gift to Metropolitan Ballet Company can provide your company with a substantial tax credit through the Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC). EITC Program

Businesses large and small can apply for EITC credits through a simple, online process.

• Applications for businesses are accepted beginning July 1 of each year and credits are awarded on a first come, first served basis.
• To determine your eligibility, you and your tax professional can visit DCED’s website for EITC business guidelines and application information. EITC program
• Businesses may receive a tax credit of 75% of their contribution for a one-year commitment, or 90% of their contribution of the same amount each year for a two-year commitment.
